ERP for CCTV and security companies
A CCTV or security integrator may sell equipment, install it at a site and maintain it later. Datrylo's current applications connect CRM, sales, purchase, inventory, project tasks and invoicing.
One failed camera stays on the installation punch list
See how the workflow connects people, records and decisions.
| Step | Owner, record and exception |
|---|---|
| 1 | Project CCTV-08 agrees 8 cameras and one recorder, with equipment serials linked to the site task. |
| 2 | Installation review passes 7 cameras; camera 8 fails its connection check. Task owner records the affected serial and failed test reference. |
| 3 | Buyer replaces the failed unit against its return history. Project owner obtains the agreed retest before marking the site accepted; warehouse delivery alone is not handover. |

Follow one installation
Begin with a customer site survey and a bill of equipment. Quote cameras, recorders and accessories; check stock or purchasing; then map installation and acceptance. Include a change to camera placement and a faulty item. The product's tested commercial and stock paths can be reviewed, while site execution needs a scoped implementation.
Protect sensitive details
Site plans, network addresses, camera credentials and security procedures are sensitive. Do not put live credentials in demo records or ordinary contact forms. Define access roles and retention requirements before importing site data.
Assess ongoing work
Warranty, maintenance visits, incident handling and remote monitoring are distinct requirements. Use Contacts, Projects, Purchasing and Inventory for the commercial side of service work. Dedicated field-service dispatch, service contracts and specialist execution need a separately agreed solution. Review a security installation workflow.
Bring the exception to your workflow review
Agree equipment identity, site/task references, parts returns and acceptance ownership; keep customer network credentials outside public job notes.
