Workflows and people
- Run each critical normal case and a realistic exception with non-administrator users.
- Confirm documents, approvals, reporting and handoffs match the agreed scope.
- Train the people who will perform and support the first week of work.
- Verify English, Arabic or Sorani content and interface behavior only where actually delivered and reviewed.
Data and service
- Reconcile contacts, products, stock and approved opening finance balances.
- Confirm application entitlements, internal seats, database ownership and market terms.
- Test backups, restore access, support route, incident communication and rollback decision points.
- Verify integrations with duplicate, delayed and failed events; keep test copies neutralized.
