Cloud ERP alternatives for growing businesses
Growth changes the decision from “can we enter a sale?” to “can teams coordinate sales, stock, purchasing, finance and reporting under clear ownership?” Datrylo publishes this guide and has a commercial interest in the result. Build a shortlist around your own process and deployment constraints.
A decision worksheet to reuse
Adapt this buying checklist to your team, priorities and budget.
| Decision field | Worked example and evidence to request |
|---|---|
| Task and exception | Example shortlist exercise: order 10 kits, dispatch 6, retain 4 outstanding, then return 1. Ask each supplier to demonstrate the same references and roles. |
| Evidence score | Use 0 = unavailable, 1 = verbal claim, 2 = shown without trace, 3 = completed with linked records. Example Supplier A scores 2 for delivery; record the missing return proof. |
| Market and edition | Worksheet market: Iraq. Record each vendor’s edition, quotation currency, included roles, tax assumptions, source URL and review date. A US plan page is not an Iraqi quotation. |
| Service and total cost | Separate subscription from implementation, migration, training, support and custom work. Assign an owner to obtain a scoped quote for every required line before scoring cost. |
Shortlist with a transaction, not a feature grid
Use the same sample customer, item, tax context and three exceptions in every demonstration: a changed order, a short receipt and a corrected invoice. Compare identity and permissions, data export, integration path, upgrade ownership, hosting location, service terms and full cost over the same period. Require written boundaries for any third-party apps.
Datrylo can be evaluated for the workflows documented in its application catalogue. Products such as Odoo, Business Central, NetSuite and SAP Business One publish their own scope; verify the exact edition and region before scoring them. A broader suite can be justified by a required capability even if its quote is higher. Prepare an evaluation.
