Comparison methodology
Datrylo publishes comparisons and has a commercial interest in their outcome. A useful comparison gives a buyer the source, date, market, edition and configuration behind each statement. A missing feature is marked unknown until checked; a different feature is not automatically inferior.
Score the same example scenario with dated evidence

Criteria and cost
Choose criteria from a real workflow: record handoffs, permissions, localisation, integrations, data export, hosting, support, upgrades and recovery. Test the exact product editions being quoted. For cost, state users, apps, entities, period, taxes, implementation and support. Compare first-year promotional and renewal rates separately; never apply a US price to an Iraq offer as though they share a market.
Datrylo's own scope is limited to the approved application catalogue and accepted workflows. A feature planned or only installed must not receive the same score as a demonstrated workflow. Official vendor pages can document vendor scope, while a live proof session resolves requirements that marketing pages cannot. Ask for a scoped quote.
