A useful outline
Describe the starting workflow, the applications and customisation actually used, implementation dates, people affected and a specific result with a baseline. Explain factors outside the software, such as process redesign or staffing. Do not include confidential customer records, payment information or employee details in an initial enquiry.
Before publication, the customer should approve the factual draft, named attribution, images, measurement method and reuse permissions. They should be able to identify material changes after approval. Contact the Datrylo team to discuss a story privately.
