Optional Google Analytics
If you allow Analytics in Privacy preferences, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, pricing interactions and successful enquiries. Google receives usage and device/browser information and uses analytics cookies. Our implementation excludes URL query strings and form contents from these events, and Google advertising signals are disabled. You can withdraw consent at any time using Privacy preferences; this stops future collection in this browser and removes its analytics cookies.

Controller and contact
Datrylo is operated by Sakhar General Trading LLC FZ, headquartered in Dubai, UAE. For business, service or legal enquiries, email info@datrylo.com.
Information and purposes
We use the details you provide in enquiries and account/service requests: name, work email, organisation, country, language, requested applications or role and message. We use necessary account, billing, support and technical/security records to deliver the service, answer requests, manage payments and protect accounts. Provide only necessary information; omit passwords and card data.
Basis and marketing choices
We process information to respond to your request, fulfil the service relationship, protect legitimate service/security interests and meet applicable legal obligations. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it by emailing info@datrylo.com. A support or legal request does not subscribe you to promotional marketing.
Website intake and service roles
The website intake records your request in Datrylo systems and may route it to the configured enquiry/support service. Sakhar General Trading LLC FZ is responsible for website enquiry data. For business records you upload to your Workspace, your organisation controls their business use and Datrylo processes them to provide the requested service and support.
Website systems and service providers
Website enquiries are recorded in the Datrylo WordPress website and handled through Datrylo enquiry/support systems under Sakhar General Trading LLC FZ. Authorised staff handle the request; access is limited to the task. Providers used for hosting, identity, security, email or payments are limited to the service purpose and must meet appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. A website enquiry does not send a payment. For a purchase, the payment provider is identified in the payment option before you proceed. We do not sell enquiry or customer data.
Retention and closure
We retain information only for the purpose for which it is needed: enquiries until handled and necessary follow-up is complete; account and service data while providing the service; and billing, security or dispute records where required by law or a justified ongoing purpose. On closure or a valid deletion request, data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. Backup copies follow their expiry cycle; legally required records may be retained. Ask info@datrylo.com about a particular record or request.
Your requests and rights
Email info@datrylo.com to request access, correction, an available copy/export, deletion, restricted processing or withdrawal of consent. We verify only the identity and authority needed for the request, explain any legal retention limit and respond under applicable law. Our 24-hour reply commitment covers the initial response; completing a data request may take longer.
Security, transfers and cookies
We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures, but do not promise absolute security. Any cross-border processing must use the safeguards required by applicable law. Headquarters in Dubai does not imply that every system stores data in Dubai. The cookie notice describes browser storage and your choices; external links have their own privacy terms.
