Maintain meal products, vendors and prices for workplace lunch ordering. Keep the menu owner and ordering arrangements explicit.
A working example
Menu example: the lunch coordinator sets a sandwich, a rice bowl and a soup with the vendor and order cutoff. Staff choose from the agreed menu; the coordinator checks the order list before sending it to the vendor. If an item sells out, confirm the substitute with the requester. A displayed product price does not prove vendor payment or delivery.
