Data Recycle
Review ageing business records through model-specific recycling rules. Give a data owner a controlled place to examine the criteria before any rule is activated.
A working example
Example review: select Contact as the model, identify the records the rule would affect, and have the data owner check linked sales and invoices. Approve the criteria before activation. If a contact has an open order or a retention requirement, exclude it and record the reason; age alone is insufficient justification to remove it.
