Skills Management
Define skill types and levels as part of employee information. Give HR and team leads a consistent vocabulary for a skills review.
A working example
Skills example: define Inventory Count and Receiving Check skills with agreed beginner and advanced criteria. A supervisor reviews an employee against a practical exercise, records the evidence and agrees the next training step. If the rating is disputed, review the evidence with a second assessor. A skill label must not automatically grant approval permissions.
