Recording transcript
- Review two kits and one clamp in the example quotation.
- Confirm it as a Sales Order.
- Open the delivery linked to that same order.
- Validate the quantities; the transfer becomes Done.
- Refresh Sales: delivered quantities are two and one; invoiced quantities remain zero.
- Review the example IQD 20,000 total and the delivered quantities.
What a useful story should establish
A buyer should be able to see the organisation’s industry and approximate size, its original workflow, the Datrylo applications and configuration used, the implementation period, and the limits of the result. A claim such as “faster invoicing” needs a baseline, a comparable measurement period, and the customer's permission to name or describe them. A screenshot needs data clearance and an exact product version.
Evaluate the product meanwhile
Use the workflow tour and application catalogue to test your own scenario. Bring a normal transaction and an exception, then record what was demonstrated, configured or left open. The evidence method explains how a claim should be checked. Request a demonstration for your own process.
