Give customers a connected portal

Your business customers follow selected business documents. Your own Datrylo account owner manages the service used by your team. An invoice to a customer and a Datrylo subscription bill are different records.

Two portals, two audiences

Your business customers follow selected business documents. Your own Datrylo account owner manages the service used by your team. An invoice to a customer and a Datrylo subscription bill are different records.

Business customer portal

Audience: the customer of your business. Scope may include their quotation/order and invoice, with deliberately configured identity and document access. Show only their own authorised documents.

Datrylo service account

Audience: your service account owner/team. Scope: Workspace subscription, offer, billing and service/account administration. This role does not automatically grant your external customer ERP access.

Configure and test

Give customers a convenient place to view the documents and actions you make available to them. Configure the portal around your customer journey.

Separate custom work

Custom request forms, approvals, payment providers and cross-system actions need their own proposal, access tests and maintenance owner. A native internal document preview does not prove those rights or integrations.

Configuration and customer-document permissions must be accepted before use. Keep account/service billing separate from the buyer/seller business transaction.

Choose which optional services you allow. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time.
