Test an urgent request
Begin with a customer identifying a machine and a part reference. Find the matching item, check availability and quote a realistic delivery path. Include a part that must be sourced and one that has an approved substitute. Ask how the buyer, salesperson and warehouse share the decision and how changes reach the customer.
Preserve item identity
Part numbers, manufacturer references, drawings, units and replacement history may matter more than a generic product description. Clean these records before import. If serial tracking or traceability is required, verify it with the actual item and documents. Test partial receipt and delivery, not only a complete order.
