Why accepted invoice amounts stay consistent
When you accept a Datrylo subscription quote, its stated amount and charge currency belong to that agreement. A later pricing or currency-policy change should not silently alter an earlier invoice or paid service period.
Keep the accepted amount when a later rate changes
All rates and agreements above are example arithmetic, not market rates or a live accepted Datrylo contract. Business currency and subscription billing are separate.
| Record / decision | Filled example and next owner |
|---|---|
| Accepted example · 1 October | Example agreement FX-01:100 USD at1,310 IQD per1 USD =131,000 IQD. Preserve date, direction and rounding rule. |
| Later example · 3 October | Illustrative new rate1,320 would value a new100 USD amount at132,000; it does not rewrite accepted FX-01 to132,000. |
| Owner / finance boundary | Commercial owner retains original offer. Finance separately reviews payment-date rates, settlement and any exchange difference under the configured ledger policy. |

What to check as a customer
Review the final charge amount and currency, applicable tax and fees, seller, service period and renewal terms before accepting. Keep the invoice and quote for your records. If an adjustment or refund is needed, ask support to identify the original invoice and the proposed change. See current pricing or contact support.
