Plan your team’s Datrylo access

List who needs workspace access for your first workflow, then compare packages for that team size. Plan the next phase separately so temporary rollout assumptions do not become permanent purchasing decisions.

Compare your team’s package totals

The starting example is six people: three in sales/operations, two in finance and one in another role. Replace these counts with your own team. Count each person once. Comparing estimates does not create an account or purchase.

Before you choose a package

  1. Name the owner of customer, product and opening-stock records. Count the people who will create, accept and review your first transaction.
  2. Put a person who handles two roles in one group. Keep planned future hires separate from the people joining the first phase.
  3. Confirm how service, portal and other special accounts are treated in your actual commercial offer. The headcount worksheet does not decide billing policy.
  4. Review training, data preparation and implementation responsibilities alongside the subscription estimate. Those services need a separate agreed scope.

Finding your current offers…

Current offers and currency are shown automatically for your location. Implementation and tailored services are agreed separately.

A few things, made clear.

Choose a bundle with its included users, then add the extra users you need. The estimate uses current rates for the selected billing period and purchasing market. All applications are included in the currently published bundles; configuration, implementation and tailored services are scoped separately.

Continue to checkout with your bundle and extra users. New customers enter company details and confirm an email code on the same checkout page. Review the current payable total and the payment methods available for that currency. A login account is created after confirmed payment; you then set your password in checkout and follow workspace activation. Existing customers can sign in to their Datrylo account. If no payment method is configured for the quoted currency, checkout explains the limitation and offers support.

Let’s explore it together. Share your workflows, reports and integrations. We can discuss configuration, implementation and custom development with a clearly agreed scope.
