Updates and upgrades without losing the context
A Datrylo release can affect all Workspace databases assigned to the same runtime. The customer-facing decision is what changes for your team, when the agreed work happens and who accepts the result.
A release journey with named responsibilities
A Datrylo release can affect all Workspace databases assigned to the same runtime. The customer-facing decision is what changes for your team, when the agreed work happens and who accepts the result.
1 · Identify the affected work
Service operator identifies the runtime release and affected databases; the business owner lists critical tasks, documents, roles and integrations to check.
2 · Notice and timing
Datrylo manages the hosted platform and its platform updates. Planned material interruptions are communicated by email in advance where practicable. Urgent security or stability work may proceed sooner, followed by an update when practicable. Custom extensions and external services require their agreed maintenance scope. No fixed uptime percentage or service credit is promised unless stated in your accepted order.
3 · Review configured and custom work
Configuration and approved add-ons must be checked against the chosen release. A separate extension/connector owner confirms compatibility and required maintenance scope; availability does not include every custom migration.
4 · Accept the actual result
Business owners repeat their ordinary transaction and exception, compare records and record the acceptance decision. An unresolved failure remains open with its accountable owner; no untested continuity or recovery guarantee is claimed.
