Approval questions
Identify each data source, user permission, processing provider, region, retention rule and audit record. Decide whether data can train a third-party model and whether the user can prevent or reverse an action. Test for cross-role and cross-tenant leakage. Keep a human review step for consequential financial or customer changes.
