Discuss your requirements
For security, review identity and role permissions, secrets management, patching and incident handling. For data, ask where the service is hosted and how backups, exports and deletion requests are handled in the actual agreement. For continuity, request restoration evidence with recovery objectives for the quoted service. A feature demonstration cannot substitute for any of these.
